Meet The Founder.

I am Latoria Powell. I am a single mother, an entrepreneur, and the founder of a woman-led consulting firm built from the belief that circumstances may influence our journey, but they do not have to determine our destination. Motherhood required me to place parts of my professional ambition on hold, but it also strengthened the leadership, resilience, discipline, and long-term vision that I bring to business today. During the pandemic, I recognized an opportunity to transform that experience into service—to build something that could help other women, entrepreneurs, and emerging business leaders move from ambition to enterprise. Women are needed in consulting, leadership, strategy, and the rooms where decisions about the future of business are made. I intend to help expand that presence while building a firm that creates meaningful value for every client we serve. My mission is to help level the playing field by equipping startups and growing businesses with the strategy, organizational structure, operating systems, and executive guidance necessary to compete, scale, and become sustainable enterprises. I am not building a business defined by what once held me back; I am building one defined by what I chose to create because I kept moving forward—and I want ORDELIS to help others do the same.
